Publications

The ELEXIS project enables access to all kinds of publications, such as codes, data and journal articles via the following platforms:

Zenodo

Zenodo is a strong supporter of open data in all its forms (meaning data that anyone is free to use, reuse, and redistribute) and takes an incentives approach to encourage depositing under an open license. Hence, an ELEXIS community was created on Zenodo serving as project archive to preserve peer reviewed scientific papers published by ELEXIS partners and to group uploaded papers.

GitHub

GitHub is a Git repository hosting service, but it adds many of its own features. While Git is a command line tool, GitHub provides a Web-based graphical interface. It also provides access control and several collaboration features, such as a wikis and basic task management tools for every project.
